Job Summary

1. End-to-End L&D Ownership

Independently own and lead the Learning & Development function across the organisation.
Conduct organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across clinical nursing allied health operations admin and support functions.
Design execute and track the complete training lifecycle need identification planning delivery evaluation and reporting.

2. Healthcare & Industry-Specific Training Programs

Design and implement healthcare-specific training programs.
Apply best-in-class L&D practices from other industries to elevate healthcare training effectiveness.

3. Training Calendar Planning & Execution

Design and publish monthly quarterly and annual training calendars across locations.
Ensure 100% coverage of mandatory compliance and role-based training.
Manage shift-based and multi-location workforce training schedules without disrupting business operations.
Track attendance certification validity retraining cycles and training completion MIS.

4. Training Design & Delivery

Design training modules content presentations SOP-based learning material and toolkits.
Personally facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions where required.
Coordinate with internal SMEs and external trainers.
Implement blended learning approaches including classroom on-the-job and digital learning.

5. Measurement Governance & Compliance

Measure training effectiveness through assessments feedback audits and performance indicators.
Maintain complete training documentation MIS and compliance records.
Support internal and external audits with structured and traceable training data.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong L&D HR background with independent ownership of the L&D function.
Minimum 3 4 years of hands-on experience in healthcare / hospital training environments.
Ability to adapt and apply L&D best practices from other industries to healthcare.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end training execution from planning to closure.
Expertise in designing and managing month-on-month training calendars.
Strong understanding of compliance quality and governance-driven training.
Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced high-growth startup environments.
