They are committed to fostering growth and development through strategic leadership and operational efficiency. Randstad is partnering with them to find a seasoned professional to lead their business forward.

Role Role & Responsibilities

As the Business Head you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our clients agri-business. You will spearhead strategic initiatives oversee P&L responsibility and drive market expansion. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of the agricultural technology landscape and deliver exceptional results.

Main tasks include

Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit ensuring financial health and profitability.
Drive sales and marketing initiatives to expand market share and enhance brand presence.
Oversee all operational aspects of the business ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the agritech or poultry sectors.
Foster a high-performance culture and lead a dedicated team to success.

Requirements

Must have an MBA/PGDM qualification.
Must possess 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership roles.
Must have proven expertise in sales & marketing operations and P&L management.
Experience within the Agritech or Poultry industry is highly desirable.
Must have demonstrated ability to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
Must possess strong leadership and team management skills.
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Must be proficient in strategic planning and execution.
Must have the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving market landscape.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune Maharashtra.
