Location - Pune Key Responsibilities

Design & Production: Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms including:

Digital: Social media posts banner ads emailers website graphics blog visuals and infographics.

Print: Brochures flyers presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) posters event collateral and stationery.

Branding: Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate identity elements design patterns and brand guidelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing sales and content teams to understand project requirements and translate business objectives into compelling designs.

Quality & Consistency: Ensure all design assets adhere to brand guidelines maintain a high standard of visual quality and are delivered on time.

Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.

Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is mandatory. Experience with other design tools like Figma or CorelDRAW is a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of design principles color theory typography and layout.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.

Work Ethic: Highly organized detail-oriented and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education: A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Graphic Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro) or video editing.

Experience with UI/UX design principles for web and mobile applications.
