Requirements

As a Hyperion P&E Senior Consultant you will lead the design build and delivery of Oracle Cloud FP&A solutions working with global and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality scalable deliverables. You will guide junior consultants manage end-to-end project phases and ensure timely compliant and high-performing implementations.

Work Youll Do

As part of the Planning / EPBCS / PBCS / PCMCS practice you will:

• Lead end-to-end design development and implementation of Hyperion Planning Essbase PBCS EPBCS and PCMCS applications on the Oracle Cloud EPM platform
  

• Drive requirements gathering solution design project delivery and risk assessment for complex client engagements
  

• Design and develop core solution components including:
  

  • Integrations and data loads
    

  • Calculation scripts and business rules
    

  • Dashboards forms and reports
    

• Manage system testing UAT and Hypercare phases to ensure successful go-live and stabilization
  

• Champion technical excellence and enforce consistent quality standards across all delivery phases
  

• Proactively identify resolve and escalate critical issues to protect project timelines and objectives
  

• Optimize application performance troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
  

• Foster collaboration across onsite offshore and stakeholder teams to drive solution optimization
  

• Mentor and develop junior consultants strengthening both functional and technical capabilities
  

• Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle
  

Qualifications

Must Have

• 6 years of relevant experience working with Oracle Planning solutions
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS and/or PCMCS
  

• Experience working with:
  

  • EPBCS Out-of-the-Box (OOB) modules
    

  • Custom and Reporting cubes
    

• Proven track record of leading delivery across Oracle EPM Suite projects
  

• Deep expertise in:
  

  • Business Rules
    

  • Forms and Dashboards
    

  • Data Integration and Metadata Management
    

  • MDX calculations
    

• Proficiency with:
  

  • EPM Automate
    

  • Batch/Shell scripting
    

  • Groovy scripting
    

• Experience managing user provisioning and security in Shared Services
  

• Strong understanding of financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
  

• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders

• Experience in solution prototyping enhancements and performance optimization
