Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the Zoho CRM platform ensuring smooth functioning and data accuracy across all modules.
  2. Record update and maintain comprehensive customer and investor information including leads contacts accounts deals and interactions.
  3. Verify and validate data to maintain accuracy completeness and consistency across the CRM database.
  4. Collaborate with the Zoho and internal development teams to automate workflows enhance system functionality and create dashboards and reports as required by various business units.
  5. Support multiple business verticals by providing accurate and timely client information analytics and customized reports.
  6. Ensure client meetings calls and follow-ups are properly documented in the CRM based on inputs from team members.
  7. Generate analyze and share CRM reports and dashboards including pipeline status contact updates and performance metrics to support business decisions.
  8. Analyze customer and investor data to identify trends patterns and insights; prepare relevant metrics and dashboards for management review.
  9. Work with business managers to generate cross-sell and up-sell reports for existing clients.
  10. Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and investor data in compliance with company data protection policies.
  11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely CRM updates following client interactions and meetings.
  12. Identify and report data inconsistencies or system issues ensuring prompt resolution.
  13. Train internal users and relationship managers on CRM functionalities reporting and customer engagement best practices.
  14. Drive automation of client and investor communication to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Education: Bachelors degree in commerce Business Administration MBA or related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in CRM operations or back-office support (preferably in financial services insurance or banking).
  3. Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce Zoho HubSpot or MS Dynamics).
  4. Understanding client data management workflows and dashboards
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management tools.
  6. High attention to detail accuracy and data confidentiality.
  7. Good communication and coordination skills.
