Job Summary
Summary: As a Business Architect you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing business case to achieve the & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements- Ensure alignment of business goals with technology solutionsProfessional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis- Strong analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills- Project management experience- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis- BFSI Technology Business Analyst (External financial Reporting) BA- Review and feedback on functional specifications and works with technical leads to produce technical designs- Good understanding of BFSI domain and in-depth knowledge of external financial reporting Finance reporting functional (regulatory disclosure reporting loan advances)- Good technical understanding of software built on AWS & UI modules.- Performs SIT & assist UATAdditional Information: - This position is based at our Kolkata office- A 15-year full time education is required
