Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales & marketing team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales & marketing plans managing sales & marketing operations and mentoring team members to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Set sales targets monitor performance and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Collaborate with marketing product and customer service teams to optimize the customer journey.
Keep regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies pricing strategies and ethical standards.
Quotation making one to one meeting arrangements on office or client preferences starting to end client follow up till product delivery has to be done.
As per requirement on wedding or any kind of shooting venue visit or other thing.
