Job Summary

Assistant-BDM-Gold Loans-Surat-35k

Role:
As a Assistant Branch manager you will be responsible for sourcing of gold loans through various channels and overall managing of the gold loan portfolio of the specified branch. Furthermore you will be responsible for daily branch operations & compliances.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and acquiring potential customers for gold loans to achieve sales volume for branch.
Be involved in extensive field-level coordination and travel to generate leads and meet customers.
Help in building and maintaining strong relationship with High value and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Recruiting training and managing competent talent from time to time & team building.
Supervise the day-to-day branch operations including processing of loan documentation cash management & transaction handling.
Enhance business growth from time to time for the assigned branch.

Preferred candidate profile:

2-3 years of experience in the gold loan industry
Experienced at sourcing business from the open market.
Familiarity with LOS.
