Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating with candidates and clients to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment mandates from multiple clients across industries.

Create and post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.

Review resumes and identify potential candidates through sourcing techniques.
-
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates fitment and interest.
-
Submit shortlisted profiles to clients and coordinate for interview scheduling.
-
Participate in daily review and coordination meetings for active requirements.
-
Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
-
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand hiring needs.
-
Implement and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely closures.
Required Skill Set:
- A minimum requirement is a bachelors degree.
- Prior experience in recruiting candidates with commerce backgrounds including CA accountants CS CMA etc. is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- The ability to meet assigned targets is also expected.
Must have laptop with strong Wi-Ficonnection.
