Job Description

We are hiring a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US staffing to work on contract and full-time IT requirements. The role involves sourcing screening and submitting candidates for US clients and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirement
Source candidates using Dice Monster LinkedIn CareerBuilder Indeed
Screen resumes validate skills rate availability and visa status
Submit quality profiles within SLA
Coordinate interviews and close offers
Handle W2 C2C and 1099 hiring

Required Skills
US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B OPT CPT GC USC)
Experience with contract staffing
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in US shifts

Technical Exposure
Python AWS Azure Snowflake DevOps SAP Salesforce QA Data Engineering

Preferred
Experience with Tier-1 vendors or direct clients
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
