Youll own the creative vision for standout hospitality and aged-care interiorsprojects where your design choices shape not just the look but the experience of every space.

Youll lead high-profile work that values design integrity over speed giving you the time trust and team to realise your best ideas. With full autonomy over concept direction FF&E finishes and lighting this is your chance to build a portfolio of lasting design-led spaces.

Work from home two days a week mentor junior designers and bring your voice to a studio that wants your inputnot just your output.

What youll do

• Lead design vision across lighting FF&E finishes and spatial planning ensuring every project is as practical as it is poetic.

• Own the process presenting concepts to clients managing feedback and working with architects engineers and builders to bring your ideas to life without losing the plot (or the budget).

• Mentor your team uplifting junior and mid-level designers helping them grow while keeping quality high.

• Think big-picture contributing to proposals and pitches sharing your insights to help win work and keep the practice ahead of the curve.

• Stay inspired keep up with the latest materials technologies and trends and feed that creative energy back into the studio.

What youll need

• Bachelors or Masters in Interior Design Interior Architecture or related field

• Proven experience leading interior design projects in hospitality aged-care or similar sectors

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams

• Commercial awareness and understanding of Australian building codes accessibility standards and operational requirements
