Our clientis a 100% Australian family-owned metal processing company based at Darra.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch person to join theirteam working Monday to Fridayfrom 6am to 1.30pm!

This position will initially commence as casual role with view to permanent transition for the successful applicant.

To be considered you will need to have previous experience loading/unloading vehicles with a forklift.

Essential Requirements:

• CurrentAustralian forklift licence
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Computer literacy to enter paperwork into computer
• Ability to juggle tasks accordingly
• Fit and capable toperforming manual tasks as required

Your Duties:

• Safely load outgoing deliveries onto trucks ensuring items are securely placed and protected for transport
• Unload incoming deliveries verify items against packing slips or delivery notesand report any discrepancies or damages
• Operate mobile sweeper organise and disposalof waste or leftover materials on a regular basis
• Accurately pack products according to job orders company standards andclient specifications

Environment & Remuneration:

• Modern workshop based in Darra
• Large fast paced production environment focused on safety and quality
• $35 per hour to commence
