Have experience in stock management and working with inventory systems (CMS experience is a bonus).
Understand the telco industry or are keen to learn more.
Have worked with enterprise orders or in dispatch environments.
Are comfortable solving problems and thinking proactively.
Work well independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Learn quickly and adapt with ease to changing situations.
Are professional constructive and friendly in your approach.
Enjoy helping people and bring strong ethics to your work.
Forklift licence preferred though not mandatory
How will you support our Why
As a Dispatch Clerk youll play a key role in helping us deliver on our promise to customers. Youll be part of a team that values care efficiency and connectionworking together to ensure our products and services reach the right people at the right time.
Pick pack and dispatch orders with care and accuracy.
Manage provisioning manual handling and dispatch admin tasks.
Process and test returned customer premises equipment (CPE).
Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
Maintain inventory stock and documentation in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborate with Service Delivery Network Operations and Business Provisioning teams to action requests efficiently.
