Overview
Position:Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA
Location: PRN at the Outpatient locations as followed: Grove City Health Center Hilliard and Doctors Hospital
Type of Employment: PerDiem/PRN
Schedule: Hours vary as needed
Compensation: $30.00 hourly
Our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient center is seeking a licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience helping all of our patients get back to athletics work life and the things they love. New hire to float on a PRN basis to our outpatient clinics in Grove City Hilliard and at Doctors Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Detail-Oriented: Observe note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
- High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
- Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist optimize patients functional abilities and skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
- State COTA license (or license eligible)
- CPR certification
- Valid state drivers license
