Job Summary
Salary:MPS - UPSFTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked). This position also attracts a SEN allowance of 2787 per annum
Working Pattern:This is a full time permanent positionworking 1.0 FTE 39 weeks per year
Willowbrook School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Specialist SEND Teacher to lead and develop our Communication & Interaction (C&I) provision as part of our expanding SEND offer.
This is a unique opportunity to shape an inclusive forward-thinking curriculum that supports some of our most vulnerable learners within a mainstream setting.
As part of our evolving SEND strategy you will:
- Lead a small specialist class focused on C&I needs
- Support whole-school development of inclusive practice
- Deliver targeted interventions and staff training
- Contribute to our vision for enhanced onsite SEND provision
- Support curriculum development and delivery for Cognition & Learning.
