Job Summary
Location: Ditton Priors near Bridgnorth

The role:
- Plan and deliver lessons across core subjects (English Maths Science)
- Support pupils academic and personal development through Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
- Contribute to EHCP reviews and PEP meetings
- Foster a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with colleagues families and external agencies
- Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times

Requirements for a SEN Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
- Experience teaching KS2 and across a range of subjects
- Strong understanding of SEND particularly SEMH
- Knowledge of assessment frameworks and progress tracking
- Excellent behaviour management and inclusive teaching strategies
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- A degree or qualification in psychology
- A higher degree or equivalent
- A positive role model with high expectations
- Approachable caring and resilient
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to continuous professional development
