Blueprint Skilled Services is currently looking for Sales Manager for our Northern Colorado Area office.
We are a Commercial Construction temporary staffing company with job sites in the northern Colorado Denver and surrounding areas.
We focus on a variety of projects including Hospitals Schools Hotels Multi-Family buildings and many others.
Sales Manager Role: Sales Manager is key to our operation and is integral to supporting our clients in their need for Skilled Tradespeople including Electricians Carpenters Helpers & Laborers. This can be a challenging position so you must be driven and motivated. We work side by side with the construction industry so any knowledge of construction is a big plus.
Our Sale Managers work with construction personnel developing long-term relationships and matching their skills with client needs.
Position Includes:
Meeting with prospective clients
Maintaining our current customer base by providing top tier customer service
Work along side our recruiting team to help manage on site workers and making sure they have supplies needed to complete job tasks
If youre great at talking with people enjoy working outside & have the drive working as part of our team would be a great fit for you!
We are a locally owned company based in Lakewood and Loveland.
We offer competitive pay based on your experience as well as other benefits and incentives. This position would offer a base salary plus commissions with unlimited potential.
Responsibilities:
- Construction experience strongly desired but not required.
- Be accountable to achieve key metrics that support revenue goals.
- Establishing relationships over the phone and in person.
- Comfortable contacting people and making introductions and asking relevant questions to qualify candidates.
- Solid cold calling capabilities and confidence in talking with construction personnel.
- A desire to increase earnings based on performance.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers license
- Communication skills written & verbal
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Have at least one (1) year of sales/business development experience in the staffing industry or experience in commercial construction
