As our EDI Lead youll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making and cultural transformation. Youll use your analytical expertise to uncover insights from sensitive diversity data and translate them into impactful strategies. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions and shape Council-wide initiatives that promote fairness empathy and shared responsibility.

Youll need to be confident working with complex data sets influencing diverse stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality.
