Role Overview
We require a resource to coordinate the execution of the sanctions organisational redesign programme. This role will involve close coordination across multiple teams including Business Operations Finance and HR to ensure a smooth transition to the Target Operating Model for the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the execution of the sanctions organisational redesign.
- Engage and liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
- Support project governance and structured project management activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder management across diverse functions.
- Ensure timely delivery of redesign milestones and objectives.
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Structured project management experience.
- Understanding of organisational structure and underlying processes is highly desirable.
- Sanctions knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex organisational change.
