Youll partner closely with business leaders drive innovative campus strategies and play a key role in building our early career talent pipeline across ASEAN & ANZ.
What Youll Do
Youll manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment lifecycle from planning through to offer stage ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement annual campus recruitment strategies aligned with Oracles business goals.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across all Lines of Business.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities and student organizations locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to elevate Oracles presence through events campaigns and digital outreach.
- Represent Oracle at campus events career fairs hackathons and virtual engagements.
- Lead high-volume recruitment cycles from sourcing and assessment to offer management.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Deliver data-driven insights through reports dashboards and recruitment analytics.
- Innovate new sourcing channels and tools to attract diverse early-career talent.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance candidate experience and strengthen Oracles campus footprint.

- 5 years experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on campus or early-career recruitment.
- Deep understanding of the Philippines university ecosystem and emerging graduate talent trends.
- Proven track record of building and managing stakeholder and partner relationships at all levels.
- Skilled in competency-based interviewing assessment design and candidate evaluation.
- Analytical and data-driven with hands-on experience in reporting metrics and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication presentation and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
