The Position
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Technician to join our Sydney office supporting the firm across all offices. Reporting to the Head of IT youll play a key role in providing technical support across the firm and ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely.
In this hands-on role youll be the first point of contact for IT queries and troubleshooting supporting users across hardware software and network issues. Youll also assist with system maintenance upgrades and projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Skills and Experience
Youre a confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping people. You thrive in a fast-paced professional environment and take pride in delivering reliable efficient IT support.
You will bring 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role with strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Office 365 AWS and Active Directory. Additionally you have had exposure to device imaging endpoint management and basic networking. Your troubleshooting and customer service skills are top notch and your proactive approach and willingness to learn is one recognised.
Experience in a professional services or law firm environment will be highly regarded but not essential.
