Regional Vice President National Expansion Opportunity
An aggressive growth-minded National IMB Seller/Servicer is expanding its retail footprint and looking for a proven Regional Vice President to lead market growth attract top producers and drive profitability across key regions.

What Youll Do
Lead and inspire a team of high-performing loan officers and branch managers to grow market share boost production and deliver exceptional client experiences. Youll have full ownership of your regions growth strategy recruiting and P&L.
Key Priorities:
Recruit and develop top-producing loan officers and branch teams
Drive consistent production and profitability across your region
Implement smart growth strategies to expand market presence
Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and compliance
Foster a culture of performance accountability and partnership
What You Bring
8 years of mortgage sales leadership experience with a track record of growth
Deep understanding of retail mortgage origination and secondary markets
Proven ability to recruit coach and retain high-performing sales talent
Entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline and P&L expertise
Compensation
