Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Nurse Manager East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC) a mission-driven community health center is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to lead our nursing operations and support our commitment to delivering high-quality compassionate care to all.
As a key member of our clinical administration team the Nurse Manager will oversee day-to-day nursing functions foster a collaborative and supportive environment for staff and ensure that nursing practices align with organizational goals and national standards. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and is passionate about improving health outcomes in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nursing operations across multiple clinic sites
- Support clinical staff and optimize patient flow and care delivery
- Coordinate staffing manage call-offs and ensure coverage across locations
- Oversee compliance with clinical policies and procedures
- Supervise nursing staff and conduct annual performance evaluations
- Facilitate monthly departmental meetings with the COO
- Analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Ensure timely communication between providers pharmacies and EMR systems
Qualifications
- BSN or bachelors degree in a related healthcare field required
- Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership experience
- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of hire
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a healing and inclusive environment
