Job Title: HR/Payroll Manager

Overview:
University Kia and affiliate dealerships are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Manager to oversee all human resources functions and manage payroll operations over three dealerships. This role ensures compliance with employment laws supports dealership leadership with staffing and employee relations and maintains accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll ensuring accuracy compliance and timely submission.
- Manage employee onboarding benefits enrollment and personnel records.
- Oversee recruiting hiring and orientation processes in coordination with department managers.
- Handle employee relations conflict resolution and performance management support.
- Maintain compliance with federal state and dealership employment regulations.
- Manage timekeeping systems and track attendance PTO and leaves of absence.
- Support dealership management with HR reporting and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HR and payroll experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems HRIS platforms and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.
