Responsibilities
Manage the full product lifecycle - from concept and research to launch and optimization
Build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals
Conduct user research interviews and behavioral analysis
Prioritize and manage the product backlog
Coordinate development design marketing and sales teams
Analyze product metrics (Retention DAU/MAU ARPU) and implement improvements
Contribute to product monetization strategy and user engagement growth
Oversee project timelines budgets and quality control
Requirements
3 years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager (preferably in IT or startups)
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira Miro Trello)
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills
Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting results
Ability to align product vision with user needs and business objectives
Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian English (Intermediate)
