Detailed Roles And Responsibilities :- - Managing Mapped Architect/Consultant & Contractors
- Securing BOQ’s from Key accounts
- Generating Leads from Mapped Key accounts
- Closely work on RFPs and RFQs
- Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients
- Product Presentation to Key accounts
- Close coordination with sales team for closure
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Handle Customer Complaints
- Prepare a daily visit report
- Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement
- Travel extensively to reach out to all key stakeholders in various Govt. Departments
