BDM (Branch)-Gold Loans-Surat-40k

Experience:3-5 years experience in the gold loan industry.

Role:
As a Branch business development manager you will be responsible for sourcing of gold loans through various channels and overall managing of the gold loan portfolio of the specified branch.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and acquiring potential customers for gold loans to achieve sales volume for branch.
Identifying and acquiring new clientele from time to time through targeted marketing.
Responsible for managing the sourcing team expanding the network of partners and affiliates & maintaining relationship with the customer.
Recruiting training and managing competent talent from time to time & team building.
To monitor the overall loan portfolio & generate regular reports on performance of the team and the portfolio as a whole of the branch.
Enhance business growth from time to time for the assigned branch.

Preferred candidate profile:

3-5 years of experience in the gold loan industry
Experienced at sourcing business from the open market.
Familiarity with LOS.
