We Looking for Passionate Recruitment professionals with the prior experience of hiring Technology roles in C2H staffing.

Its a Target driven role. Its not a HR Generalist
We are looking for Sr profession in the Technology Staffing Recruitment in the Contract to hire space to be a part of the Fast Growing Organization.
Prior experience of working with BFSI / Product based companies in emerging technologies will be preferred.
Manage full cycle recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Responsible for Individual Target.
Team management.
Client Management
Deadline Driven and Target Oriented Professional
Devise Sourcing Strategies.
Volume Recruitment Process Management.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri and Monster)
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a Mentor to new hires and help them onboard.
