Job Title- Deputy Manager - Operations (with US Mortgage/ Financial)
Job location - Metro Manila
Job Type- NightShift (Onsite)
RESONSIBILITIES:
Voice based customer service for a US based mortgage customers with upselling
DM would be responsible for handling Agents overall employment and process concerns under on billing payments Escrows and resolving customer complaints
Would work as a team player and be able to execute the work as per process SOPs also be able to work on multiple applications in parallel
Would need to do a process improvement for assigned team members who may have metric challenges
DMs need to document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the client application due to Manager calls
Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures during client reviews and TL escalation
Provide coverage for Recruitment and training in case of need
REQUIRED:
College Level with at least 4 years of People Management experience as a Supervisor.
With Financial Account background or mortgage is a plus
Has experience with client interaction.
Willing to work PST US Time
