Description

Join our dynamic team dedicated to ensuring compliance and operational excellence in electronic communications. As an International Supervisory Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting our global initiatives and projects.

As a Business Analyst within the Supervision Electronic Communication Program Team you will be instrumental in helping the business manage regulatory obligations operational risk and supervisory requirements related to electronic communications. You will support the team in daily responsibilities and broader projects ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report on standing metrics including population for US and International Private Bank
  • Review policies and/or lexicons
  • Analyze volumes for potential refinements
  • Conduct analysis of test policies/lexicons
  • Submit and track tickets for updates/additions to the program
  • Provide backup support to the E-Comm Team as needed
  • Conduct reviews and provide feedback
  • Handle miscellaneous requests related to the process and assist the team with research and investigation as required

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Team Player - capability to build good working relationships with cross functional/regions teams
  • Inter and intrapersonal skill - ability to self-motivate strong time management and organizational skills as well as ability to work with various personalities
  • Communication - ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and summarize feedback
  • Control-Oriented - ability to identify understand and reduce operational risks as well as document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls as required
  • Critical/Innovative thinking - ability to analyze data or process flows and ideate on improvements
  • Adaptability - ability to perform in a fast-paced environment handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization and consistently meet deadlines
  • MS Excel skills - including pivot tables V-lookups sorting and filtering data
  • Proficiency in use of firm-approved Business Intelligence tools such as; Alteryx and Tableau
  • Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL and/or Python or the desire to learn and become proficient shortly after employment
  • Alteryx Designer Core certification is required

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of securities industry rules regulations and guidelines and significant and equivalent experience in a directly related securities industry position may substitute for bachelors degree
  • Written and verbal fluency in English. Other languages are a bonus.
  • Proven Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
  • Stakeholder management is preferred
  • Alteryx Designer Advanced certification is a bonus
