Job Summary

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in managing large-scale technical initiatives within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of project management experience strong leadership and proven ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.

The role requires close collaboration across multiple teams effective communication with senior leadership and proficiency in agile methodologies and enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large complex technical projects across multiple business and technical teams.
Communicate project status risks and progress effectively to multiple levels of leadership.
Facilitate cross-team and vendor collaboration ensuring synchronized delivery across agile workstreams.
Track and report project progress risks and dependencies ensuring adherence to scope timeline and quality objectives.
Work closely with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to enable agile execution and delivery.
Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) ServiceNow MS Office and Microsoft Teams for project tracking communication and documentation.

Desired

Experience managing projects within the financial services industry.
Relevant certifications such as PMP Agile certifications or demonstrated experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning.
