About the Role

The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the clients growth by identifying qualifying and scheduling meetings with potential clients across Australia.

You will work closely with the Business Development Managers to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and contribute directly to business expansion.

This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound prospecting skills excellent communication and prior experience working with Australian clients in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research identify and qualify potential clients within target industries such as banking retail and facilities management.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn phone calls and email campaigns to introduce company services.
  • Schedule and confirm a minimum of 4 qualified meetings per week for the Business Development Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
  • Nurture early-stage leads through regular follow-ups and engagement.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with management to refine outreach strategies target markets and messaging.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting with Australian businesses.
  • Proven success in outbound sales or prospecting ideally within facilities management cleaning or maintenance services.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot Pipedrive Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly organized self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian business environment and decision-making culture.
