Job Description:

Youll be the vital connection between breakthrough hospitality technology and the business owners who need it this role youll leverage your bilingual skills to build relationships across Miamis diverse hospitality landscape from luxury hotel directors to family-owned restaurant operators. Youll own the entire front-end of the sales process conducting discovery calls that uncover real business needs and qualifying prospects for transformative technology solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted outbound B2B sales campaigns to hospitality sector prospects
  • Execute appointment setting through strategic email and text outreach
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs and business challenges
  • Qualify leads and prospects using consultative selling techniques
  • Build relationships with English and Spanish-speaking business owners and decision-makers
  • Target hotels restaurants and healthcare facilities as primary prospects
  • Manage CRM activities and maintain detailed prospect records
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities



Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or similar outbound sales role
  • Strong command of English and Spanish languages
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cultures
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology platforms
  • Experience with outbound sales activities including email phone and text outreach
  • Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and qualify prospects
  • Bonus if you have experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants hotels hospitals)
