Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies policies and programs that support business objectives.
  • Lead Talent Management initiatives including workforce planning recruitment onboarding and succession planning.
  • Drive Performance Management processes that enable accountability development and results.
  • Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement through impactful HR interventions.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with labor laws.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and analytics for decision support and workforce reporting.
  • Lead learning and development programs to build leadership and technical capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to enable change management and organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including audits documentation and policy enforcement.
  • Manage HR budgets HR systems and vendor relationships to enhance operational efficiency.

  • HND or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Social Sciences Economics or a related field.
  • A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit is required.
  • 710 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Professional certifications (CIPM SHRM CIPD or equivalent) is required.
  • Proven track record designing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance frameworks and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to influence coach and build trust at senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent development organizational effectiveness and HR analytics.
