- Supervise and direct restaurant staff to ensure first class service food & beverage offerings and

- Ensures that restaurant operates with high degrees of efficiency especially during optimal period (lunch and dinner rush hours).
- Ensures that food quality service and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the shifts.
- Demonstrate highest standards of hospitality always within all food and beverage areas by serving customers provide information on menus multi-tasking various front-of-the house duties and collecting the bill.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations and organizational policies and managing operation risks
- Providing leadership guidance and support to the operations team fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters Degree:
A bachelors/MBA or Masters Degree in a field like business administration operations management supply chain management or a related field is generally the minimum requirement.
Leadership and Management:
Ability to lead and manage teams delegate tasks effectively and motivate staff. Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans identify opportunities for improvement and adapt to changing circumstances. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with staff stakeholders and donors. Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges analyze data and make informed decisions. Financial Management:
Understanding of financial principles budgeting and financial reporting. Compliance and Risk Management:
Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and best practices in operational management. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as project management software logistics management systems and financial accounting software.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including donors partners and beneficiaries.
Contributing to fundraising efforts by providing operational support and expertise.
Ensuring the safety and security of staff and assets in challenging environments.
Promoting a culture of accountability transparency and ethical conduct.
Prior NGO experience is highly preferred.
Strong skills in grant writing and fundraising are a must.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
