Own the end-to-end service delivery of Project Services (Testing Business Analysis and Project Management) for a key financial-services client. Drive portfolio outcomes profitability and client satisfaction by setting clear service standards meeting SLAs/KPIs and leading high-performing teams. Act as a trusted consulting partner who can influence executives craft compelling recommendations and relentlessly improve delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Service delivery leadership: Direct day-to-day delivery for Testing BA and PM teams; ensure scope time cost quality risk and issues are actively managed across the portfolio.
SLA & KPI management: Establish monitor and continuously improve service performance; run regular health checks and produce clear reporting at engagement service and portfolio levels.
Portfolio management: Assist in the planning prioritise and sequence initiatives; balance demand vs. capacity; ensure benefits realization and alignment to client strategy.
Profit & commercial outcomes: Manage forecasts margins and workforce plans; drive a sustainable profitable account while maintaining client value.
People leadership: Lead large multidisciplinary teams (including leads business analysts and test analysts); set goals coach performance and foster a collaborative high-performing culture.
Client engagement & stakeholder management: Build excellent relationships across business and technology; influence senior and executive stakeholders; act as the voice of the client internally.
Consulting & advisory: Assess work requests shape solutions and provide pragmatic recommendations; prepare and deliver proposals options papers and portfolio-level packs.
Governance & reporting: Run cadence for status risk and financials; prepare executive-ready written and oral presentations and present to leadership forums.
Continuous improvement & innovation: Identify delivery/process improvements and new ways of working tools and automation to uplift outcomes.
Compliance & ways of working: Ensure 100% adherence to client and company policies standards and training requirements.
Key Deliverables
Portfolio and service health dashboards SLA/KPI packs and executive reports.
Quarterly forecasts capacity plans and profitability reports.
Approved resource plans and on-boarding outcomes for all initiatives.
High-quality proposals recommendations and decision papers.

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business/Commerce or related discipline (post-graduate or agile certifications desirable).
Extensive experience in a consulting environment leading service delivery or professional services for enterprise clients.
Proven track record managing large multi-disciplinary delivery teams preferably across Testing BA and PM preferably within managed/outsourced services.
Demonstrated success running portfolio management processes and steering committees.
Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for account profitability forecasting and workforce planning.
Financial services domain experience (investment management/banking strongly preferred).
Expert-level written and verbal communications including design development and delivery of executive-ready presentations.
