Description

We currently have an opportunityfor a Regional Manager.Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role accountable for all Responsive Planned or Project Works delivered under the Contract for the region assigned and when required broadly across the contract. Reporting to Contract Manager youll helpdeliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

Oversee Responsive Planned and Project side of operational delivery for the region.
Effectively manage Works Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure Customer Service levels are met and Contract and Business KPIs exceeded.
Manage the selection of Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) for particular works and monitor the performance of all SDPs to ensure the terms and conditions of Agreements are met;
Ensure that services are delivered smoothly and consistently across the contract and facilitate improvements to the delivery of the contracted services over time.
Be accountable for the implementation adherence and management of a compliance regime in the region assigned.

What Youll Bring

Qualification in Building and Construction management Business Administration or a related field.
Hold a valid Building License.
Extensive prior experience managing and delivering of planned works a similar role and/or industry.
Solid experience in the delivery of contracts where Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) are used to deliver services.
Experience in managing monitoring and evaluating the performance of SDPs
Experience in building and construction management especially within a domestic building environment.
