We are a fast-growing early-stage startup backed by leading investors assembling a team of high-agency builders thinkers and operators who thrive in an in-office 9/9/6 culture (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. six days a week) built around intensity collaboration and ownership.

The Role

As Head of Operations you will stand at the center of our business partnering directly with the CEO and cross-functional leads to define scale and optimize how Opal runs. You will play a key role in aligning strategy with execution and ensuring every function operates at its best.

You will:

  • Lead and optimize internal functions including Finance Legal Marketing and General Operations.
  • Partner with the CEO and CTO to set business priorities drive operational excellence and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies including pricing segmentation and market evaluation.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders to support new and ongoing engagements.
  • Analyze and improve organizational structures workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Work with the CEO to track revenue profitability and key growth drivers while delivering data-backed insights and reports.
  • Own processes for OKR reviews board meetings and sprint planning including agenda setting facilitation documentation and follow-ups.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multitask and delegate effectively.
  • Strong communicator who can present ideas clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable discussing technical and business concepts.
  • Analytical and confident making data-backed decisions.
  • Excited to work across multiple functions and partner closely with founders.
  • Thrives in a 9/9/6 in-office culture ambitious hands-on and energized by building alongside the founding team.
  • Adaptable resourceful and comfortable in dynamic fast-moving environments.
