Job Summary
Our client SMS Geotechnical are currently looking for a trainee to join their ranks. On the job training will be providedwith the opportunity to obtain a certificate 4 in laboratory techniques and build a career in a unique and highly specialised industry.
SMS Geotechnical is an independent NATA accredited testing organisation with laboratories situated throughout South Australia and the Northern Territory. They provide materialtesting services to the civil mining and construction industries. They offer an end-to-end integrated service for their clients from site investigations and specialty testing to construction phase onsite support and assurance testing.

Key Requirements of candidate
- Hard working honest reliable team player with good communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety
- Current SA Drivers Licence (Ability to drive manual)
- Must have a Construction Industry White Card
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Ability to work in a physical based role.
- Ability to follow direction.
