Inventory Accuracy Specialist

Step into the night shift in Lima Ohio and make accuracy your mission. As an Inventory Accuracy Specialist youll start your 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. shift by prioritizing cycle counts investigating discrepancies and ensuring the system reflects reality across every department. Your attention to detail keeps production flowing and customers supplied.

Role snapshot

• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Enter and validate all cycle count transactions electronically for every department.
• Hunt down missing items and resolve inventory location issues.
• Audit transaction history to confirm accuracy and correct errors.
• Keep inventory records precise and up to date.
• Return materials to stock and execute inventory moves in the system.
• Generate clear concise inventory reports.

Pay schedule and location

Location: Lima Ohio

Schedule: Night (3rd) 10:00 p.m. 6:30 a.m.

Pay: $19.50/hour $1.50 shift differential

What you bring

• Required: Forklift experience.
• Background in inventory control preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull 51 lbs or more.
