Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accurate and efficient order entry and tracking to keep projects moving at top speed
- Perform precise data entry tasks ensuring consistency and reliability that fuels our success
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align on deliverables and crush project timelines
- Support account managers in optimizing workflows maintaining momentum and exceeding expectations
- Proactively open monitor and report on service tickets and project issues turning challenges into triumphs
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook); bonus points for familiarity with MS Project
- Sharp technical and business acumen to quickly grasp and enhance project workflows and company priorities
- Intelligent ethical and hardworking with a proactive results-driven mindset
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills to thrive in team settings and solo initiatives

- Availability for on-site work Monday through Friday contributing to our vibrant Tampa team
