We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Change Enablement Data & Insights Student to help shape how the People & Culture division measures understands and communicates change. This role focuses on leveraging data to create consistent insightful and actionable reporting on HRs portfolio of projects and initiatives. The student will establish a regular reporting cadence building dashboards and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations that support leadership decision making. The ideal candidate is an MBA or Masters student with a strong analytical mindset advanced JIRA and Excel skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear and compelling business stories.
