Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Stores Controller to join their team.

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores department.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stock takes and reconciliations.
Implement and monitor stock control systems to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Manage receipt storage and issuance of raw materials spares and finished products.
Ensure proper documentation and coding of all materials.
Liaise with procurement production and finance departments to align stock with production needs.
Maintain cleanliness safety and security of the store area.
Prepare regular inventory reports and recommend improvements to stock control procedures.
Lead and supervise store personnel ensuring adherence to SOPs.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of inventory control systems.
Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment.

Key Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management Stores Management Purchasing & Supply or related field.
