Job Description
- 4-6 years of overall experience in Aero Domain Design Manufacturing (Detail and assembly methods)
- Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing domain Shop Floor support Methods Engineering
- Exposure to Aircraft Primary Secondary Structures and Systems Electrical
- Tools/Applications: MS Office
Skills:
- Write and revise technical instruction documents (Process sheets) for aircraft Sheet metal and Machine components.
- Write and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components.
- Interpret verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents
- Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering Parts Logistics Quality and Production
- Interpret verify and approve drawings/Work Instructions and other engineering documents
- Develop detail manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
- Knowledge of Aircraft materials Heat treatment and Special process.
- Knowledge on different manufacturing and machining process.
- Preparation of condition of Supply (Detailed & Assembly parts) to meet assembly conditions in Catia V5.
- Responsible for project management client communication and personal interaction with the various department involved in the manufacturing like NC programming Production Purchase Quality etc.
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes by working in close collaboration with Engineering Parts Logistics Quality and Production.
- Understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques (metallic & composites)
- Good understanding of aircraft structures.
- Participation in periodic internal/external reviews
- Should be able to perform with minimal guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
