Job Summary

  • Define and validate construction and erection methods for steel structures
  • Develop method statements erection sequences and lifting strategies
  • Assess constructability considering site constraints logistics safety cost and schedule
  • Act as technical interface between engineering construction and site teams
  • Support resolution of site-related technical issues during construction
  • Integrate safety quality and regulatory requirements into construction methods
  • Identify erection risks and implement mitigation measures

Qualifications :

  • Engineering degree in Structural Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • 510 years of experience in site methods or construction engineering
  • Strong expertise in steel structure erection methodologies
  • Experience on industrial energy or infrastructure projects (asset)
  • Comfortable working in site-based and regulated environments
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

Additional Information :

  • Long-term consulting assignment (approx. 360 days)
  • On-site presence required in Kincardine Ontario Canada
