Market Research & Strategic Analysis
Conduct comprehensive research on Vietnams Testing Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry with a specific focus on services across the building lifecycle from design and construction to operation maintenance and sustainability.
Deliver insightful market reports highlighting segmentation differentiation and value propositions relevant to Building Lifecycle Services (BLS).
Assess competitive dynamics by identifying major market players their positioning and core strengths and weaknesses.
Monitor and summarize construction sector trends regulatory developments and innovations in building technology and sustainability.
Develop profiles of key clients prospects and stakeholders within the construction and building services ecosystem.
Engage with influential industry bodies and associations to strengthen BLS visibility and partnerships.
Partnership Development & Agent Network Management
Establish and nurture relationships with agents distributors and strategic partners supporting BLS business expansion.
Identify evaluate and onboard qualified agents capable of generating new business opportunities.
Drive agent engagement and alignment with BLS objectives providing performance feedback and support when needed.
Manage and address performance gaps to ensure network reliability and growth.
Representation & Corporate Communication
Act as the primary representative of BLS in interactions with clients regulators and partners.
Present BLSs portfolio and value proposition effectively across all stages of the building lifecycle.
Communicate market insights competitive intelligence and business progress regularly to senior management.
Initiative & Entrepreneurial Drive
Take ownership of building and expanding BLS operations in Vietnam with limited initial resources.
Work autonomously maintaining productivity and focus in a developing business environment.
Design and execute a 90-day strategic action plan outlining concrete steps for market entry and business growth.
Professional Fit & Motivation
Demonstrate a genuine interest in the BLS mission and vision along with the drive to grow within the organization.
Balance strategic development and operational coordination effectively.
Show long-term potential for leadership and contribution to BLSs regional success.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Architecture or other relevant disciplines is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in business development market intelligence or partner/agency management ideally within the Building Lifecycle Services (BLS) Testing Inspection & Certification (TIC) or related sectors.
Strong ability to analyze markets identify trends and derive actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional networks and partnerships.
Practical experience in working with agents distributors or strategic partners to drive business outcomes.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude able to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English with excellent written and verbal proficiency.
Familiarity with building lifecycle management fire safety standards green building practices or certification services will be an advantage.
