About the Company:

The Company is seeking a Senior Finance & Reporting Manager to join its finance leadership team and provide strategic financial direction that supports informed decision-making and drives sustainable business growth.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the Companys financial position and performance are represented with accuracy transparency and integrity. You will oversee financial reporting compliance and analysis to deliver insights that strengthen governance and operational efficiency.

Your leadership will help shape financial strategy optimize resource allocation and uphold the highest standards of fiscal accountability enabling the Company to execute its vision with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of accurate timely and compliant financial reports in line with best-in-class standards.

Partner with executive leadership to deliver financial insights that inform and drive strategic growth.

Design implement and continuously improve financial systems and processes that strengthen internal controls and scalability.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain transparency with all stakeholders.

Translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools that reflect the organizations financial health and impact.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field from a highly reputable academic institution.

Professional qualification such as ACCA CPA or CFA is required.

810 years of progressive finance and reporting experience ideally within complex fast-paced or high-growth organizations.

Proven track record in financial reporting consolidation and compliance with IFRS or equivalent accounting standards.

Demonstrated ability to design build and enhance financial reporting systems internal controls and compliance processes.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Comfortable working with financial systems ERPs and advanced Excel or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Exceptional ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to non-financial audiences.

Ability to work under pressure and able to manage deadlines ambiguity and competing priorities with calm professionalism.
