The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinical this full-time on-site role you will work under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services providing vital clinical and administrative support to our clients and care teams. What Youll Do

Clinical Support

  • Administer injectable medications and perform phlebotomy within New Jerseys scope of practice.
  • Support onsite medical care for PHP and IOP clients.
  • Monitor and record vital signs with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols infection control measures and safety standards.
Administrative Support
  • Schedule in-person and telehealth appointments for medical and clinical providers.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date patient records using the Kipu EMR system (training provided if needed).
  • Assist with client intakes and coordinate group session setup.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

What You Bring

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current CMA or RMA certification.
  • Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy.
  • Experience with EMR systems; Kipu experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
