Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately from various sources into our systems while working remotely.
Type documents correspondence and data records with strong accuracy in a remote work environment.
Review typed entries for errors inconsistencies or omissions and correct them while working remotely.
Maintain organized digital records and assist with document management from your remote workspace.
Collaborate virtually with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks in a remote setting.
Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets in the remote role.
Suggest improvements to remote workflow and data-typing processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in typing data entry or clerical work preferred (but not required).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy especially in a remote environment.
Comfortable working from home in a remote setting with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel) or equivalent tools.
Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for remote work.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team setting.

Education: Bachelors degree in Geosciences Petroleum Engineering Data Analytics or equivalent experience preferred. Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret complex drilling and geological data identify anomalies and produce actionable insights. Excellent technical acuity including familiarity with drilling parameters and logging tools (e.g. mud logging units mass spectrometry analyzers) DataLog uses advanced analyzers like the Epsilon DGMS140. Good communication skills: ability to work in a high-pressure remote field environment liaise effectively with rig personnel and logging teams. Physical and logistical readiness: ability to work on remote sites lift and move equipment (e.g. minimum of 50 lbs) and be available for rotational shift schedules. Commitment to safety attention to detail and reliability in field conditions.
