Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source screen and shortlist candidates fromjob portals networking sites referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Identify and engage candidates whose skills and experience align withjob descriptions and organisational needs.
• Utiliseeffective keyword strategiesto enhance resume search efficiency.
• Comprehend job requirements and specifications to ensure accurate candidate matching.
• Assess candidatestechnical skills relevant technologies and key responsibilities.
• Coordinate and scheduletelephonic interviews technical assessments and manage the interview process until successful hiring.
• Facilitate seamless communication with candidates throughout therecruitment and onboarding process.
• Conductreference and background checksto verify candidate credentials.
• Manageadministrative tasks and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience inend-to-end recruitment.
• Technical hiring experienceis mandatory.
• Ability to follow up on hiring leads and facilitate a smoothhiring and onboarding process.
• Learning agilityand aproactive go-getter attitude.
• Exceptionalverbal communication skills.
